With the end of the semester rapidly approaching, it is easy to feel like you are hanging by a thread. There’s too much to study and never enough time to do it. But I’m here to tell you there is a way to get through this troublesome time and improve your grades before the end. I have been a college instructor and a Neuroscience researcher for over 20 years. During that time, I have taught over one thousand people, from community college students to Ph.D. candidates. They all had something in common: stress was the biggest obstacle to their performance. That is not just common sense; it is science. During high periods of stress, the body releases hormones that severely weaken the brain’s capacity to retain information. So it doesn’t matter how much time and effort you put into studying; a big part of that effort will be wasted because your brain is drowning in stress hormones. In this course, I will provide you with a cheat sheet and some extremely simple exercises to quickly teach you how to rewire your brain to be more efficient so you can turn on a dime and finish strong.
